This place boasts an amazing location near Porta Santa Maria, offering luxurious and spacious rooms with cozy beds.

We stayed here for 2 nights, the hotel was DELIGHTFUL and fairly clean, with comfortable and ideal location near the railway station. We had the classic twin room which was exceptionally clean and luxurious with a huge bed. Location: the venue was close enough to near promenade and next door, the seafront and the pedestrian shopping area and the castle.

The breakfast we ordered was cold, it could be far better.

The hotel has got an excellent restaurant with a view of Sicily and Mount Etna...

The staff was efficient. the accommodation was delightful and clean. the twin room was huge and included a minibar, central heating, and an electronic key card. We had a spectacular sea view and a super bed. Attentive service overall, we greatly enjoyed it.

Had a comfortable stay in September last year. The facilities in the double room were clean, beds were exceptionally comfortable. The sea view was lovely. Its wonderful, very central location was a plus.

The location near Hershey's Chocolate World was convenient and only a 5-minute walk to downtown, with helpful and efficient staff.

The hotel was close to the corso and the boardwalk. Good location to the city centre.

the staff was very friendly. the rooms were very nice . for the view of the sea, one has to pay a premium. otherwise, expect street view. the best part is the breakfast room on top of the hotel with a stunning view of the promenage, the straight of messina and the mountains. Breakfast included in the price. it is located right across the Reggio Museum with stunning bronzes. the massive renovation should be finished for the summer of 2011

Large and classy room with beautiful decorations, and the staff were very helpful and provided excellent service.

Well appointed rooms and a very good restaurant on the top floor overlooking the straits of Messina. The atmosphere is that of a typical business or conference hotel, there were two conferences going on while we were there. Parking a car on the streets around the hotel is impossible. The hotel has an underground garage for a limited number of cars. However the access is not for the faint hearted...

The hotel had an amazing view of the sea, but unfortunately, the decor was straight out of the 1990s. However, the staff tried their best to accommodate my requests.

I felt like I was time traveling back to the 1990s with the outdated decor and the overwhelming smell of old tobacco in the rooms.

The staff here is very friendly and helpful, providing excellent service, and the junior suite is spacious with a fantastic bathroom.

The staff were knowledgeable and gave great advice on things to do. the location was strategic, just a short walk to everywhere we wanted to go. There were plenty of good restaurants nearby, like the Buffet at Bellagio, which was only a 10-minute walk away. the food was local and the restaurant was really good.

I really enjoyed the sea view from the double room. There was a particularly good bathroom with a shower, a hairdryer, and a bidet. the location was great and incredible, for example, a large medieval baptistery was at a medium distance from the hotel.
